Hot Vinyasa yoga offers a dynamic hot yoga experience where poses flow together with breath in a hot room (85-90 degrees). Vinyasa keeps you constantly moving through creative sequences that never feel repetitive. The combination of heat and continuous movement creates an energizing practice that quickly builds internal warmth, promotes detoxification through sweat, and helps muscles stretch more deeply.  The hot environment intensifies the experience, creating greater flexibility and a purifying sweat without the extreme temperatures of some other hot yoga styles.Read class details

This slower-paced flow class connects breath with movement. You'll be constantly moving from one pose to the next, without stopping between positions. The teacher guides you through a series of positions that build strength, improve flexibility, and help with balance.Classes typically start with simple stretches, move into a sequence where you're always in motion, and end with relaxing poses. The teacher gives step-by-step instructions and shows easier or harder options for each position. This class works for everyone - beginners get simpler options while more experienced students can try more challenging versions. You'll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and more relaxed.Read class details

What can I say .. this is my home away from home. The classes and the yoga teachers are dynamic and truly amazing people. I've been looking for a yoga studio that offered a variety of classes to fit my lifestyle and needs and FLOW does that and more!!!

I started coming to Flow Yoga three months ago. The studio is spacious, clean, and welcoming. There’s a great variety of classes and styles, all taught by knowledgeable yoga teachers. Fantastic value for money. I highly recommend it!

Great variety of yoga classes for a variety of fitness levels. Be sure to note the 'intensity' level of the class before registering. The Hot Yoga and the Flow Yoga classes are fantastic but it's best if you have had previous yoga experience.

This place is awesome! I was looking for something to help maintain (and increase!) my flexibility and balance, and my husband agreed to tag along for the 30 Days for $30 trial period to see if he could find some relief for a shoulder replacement that never quite healed. We are both finding what we needed, and my husband says his shoulder has never felt better (even with physical therapy). The instructors and other participants are genuinely welcoming and helpful, and the whole atmosphere says, "You belong here!".

Flow Yoga has a great balance of classes for mind, body and soul. Before trying flow yoga I enjoyed yoga classes with more movement but discovered some of the more relaxing styles of yoga and the sound devices used were actually pretty amazing as well. The quality of the facility from the matts, studio and yogi tea available complements the variety of classes and quality of instructors. Moreover, they space there classes at least 30 minutes apart so that you are never waiting on a class to end when arriving. I highly recommend them.

As a new student at Flow Yoga, I’ve been blown away by the warmth of the community, the quality of instruction, and the peaceful vibe of the studio. I’ve had the chance to take several classes already, and each one has offered something special. Yin and Sound with JJ and Beth is absolutely magical—deeply relaxing and restorative. JJ and Beth create such a calm, supportive atmosphere, and the addition of sound healing takes the experience to another level. It’s the perfect class to unwind and reconnect with yourself. I also took Flow with Jimmy, and it was fantastic. Jimmy brings great energy and guidance, making the class both empowering and accessible. His sequencing is smooth and intuitive, and I left feeling strong, centered, and uplifted. The studio is beautiful and welcoming, I’m so glad I found Flow Yoga and can’t wait to continue my practice here!

FAQ

Hatha and Vinyasa yoga are like two sides of the same coin - they both incorporate physical postures, but they have different approaches. Hatha yoga is slower and more static, focusing on holding each pose for longer periods of time, while Vinyasa yoga is more fluid and dynamic, with a focus on linking breath and movement.

Yoga can help improve longevity like a fountain of youth for your body. It can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, improve cardiovascular health, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than drinking from an actual fountain of youth.

Practicing yoga regularly is like a magic potion for the mind and body. It can help improve focus and concentration, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall quality of life. It's like a mental and physical elixir, only without the risk of turning into a frog.

Yoga is like a soothing lullaby for your body's aches and pains. It helps to release tension, improve flexibility, and strengthen muscles, all of which can contribute to reducing chronic pain. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than a lifetime supply of pain relievers.

Yin and yang yoga are like the yin and yang of the yoga world - they balance each other out. Yin yoga is slow and passive, focusing on deep stretching and relaxation, while yang yoga is more active and dynamic, focusing on building strength and heat.
