Kerry Carter | Owner
Kerry has been Yoga practitioner for over 5 years. He discovered Yoga as a result of seeking an alternative to weight lifting and circuit training. He discovered the practice of Yoga, especially Vinyasa, is so much more than a “work out”. He understands that it can bring to one a strong balance between mind and body as well as a natural stress reducer with the right teaching methods.
By bringing FlowYoga to the community of Cedar Park, and with an exceptional teaching staff, it is Kerry’s goal to have each student enjoy that same personal experience of mind and body balance as well as having a lot of fun with the practice. The studio will cater to all levels of Yoga practitioners.
Kerry is also a business consultant with over 25 years of experience as well as a business entrepreneur. Kerry holds a BBA from UT Arlington and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Nathan Wisdom | Studio Manager
Nathan has been passionate about movement since the age of 3, at which he began life in gymnastics competing at the state and national level until 2004.
In 2008, Nathan decided to try yoga to find more mobility and strength in his body to bring healing from old gymnastics injuries and struggles with hyper-mobility in his joints. This quickly turned into a spiritual practice and helped him process and heal from a need to being perfect.
In 2014, Nathan made the decision to leave his corporate career and pursue Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Having studied with some of the top, senior yoga teachers in the nation (Margi Young, Sarah Trelease, Joe Miller). After completing this training in Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative, and Yin, Nathan began contemplative studies with Michael Stone and Molly Boeder-Harris on Trauma and PTSD.
Now in the role of Studio manager at Flow Yoga, Nathan brings his skills in operational management, creativity, and mindfulness to the Flow Yoga family.

Jared Lippe | Instructor
Yoga is a personal journey into the truth of who you are and how your actions affect your world around you. It challenges you physically, mentally, and spiritually and gives the opportunity to experience every aspect of yourself on a whole new level.
Jared was introduced to yoga in 2002, with his studies coming through the 200 hour YogaYoga teacher training program in Austin, TX. Years of poor posture and unconscious habits were revealed and, in time, replaced with increasingly positive body awareness.
He teaches with the desire to guide others toward their individual path of self-discovery, toward greater strength and balance in their lives, and toward shining a brighter light of service and love within their circle of influence.
Veronic Armstrong | Instructor
Veronica Armstrong was born and raised in Northern California. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Political Science. In 1991, she joined the Army. Her last duty station was Ft. Hood Texas, returning to the civilian world in 1999.
Loving Texas, she and her husband decided to stay and start a family. Two beautiful children and a little horse farm later, life was joyful until her mother died of ALS in 2006. Veronica could not regain that joy until she started practicing Yoga with Kat in 2007 at Balanced Body Yoga. With the help of Kat's caring and beautiful instruction, deep grief and a smoking addiction faded into the background. And she was completely hooked; hooked on returning back to her joyful, healthy self and hooked on the euphoric feeling practicing Yoga provided.
In 2009, Veronica became certified through YogaFit to teach Level One Yoga. In 2012, she earned her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification at the Yoga Institute of Houston. Veronica's biggest desire is to bring health, happiness and healing to every student she has the honor of instructing.
Janee Weiner | Instructor
Janee Wiener is an Austin-girl, born and raised. She was a gymnastics coach for 21 years, and began her yoga practice when a friend invited her to a power yoga class, and she immediately fell in love. Within 6 months of her first class, Janee had lost over 80 pounds, gaining more energy than she had felt in a decade, and within 15 months she became a certified yoga instructor.
She has practiced and studied yoga all over Central Texas, Western Massachusetts, and Southern California, and continues to live in Round Rock with her husband of more than 12 years and her 3 beautiful children.
Janee teaches to share the gift of yoga with everyone.
Logynn Northrhip | Instructor
Logynn has been teaching since September 2006, but her interest in yoga began years earlier. After a weekend workshop in Houston, TX with Shiva Rea, she began to develop a more regular practice. In August 2006, she began her 200 hour training with Shiva's Samudra School of Living Yoga and hasn't looked back. Her studies have allowed her to study from one end of the United States to the other, from Esalen at Big Sur to Kripalu in The Berkshires. Logynn is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and has completed her 200 hour teacher training of Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow.
Prana Flow is also an evolutionary method of embodied transformation and radiant health, cultivating inner and outer strength and fluidity, skill and intuition,vital energy and relaxed being, activation and receptivity through balanced and creative fluid sequences (vinyasas). It is a catalyst for transforming old patterns and paradigms of the body, self and the world to discover the potency and creativity within a way of liberating the natural flow of the spontaneous intelligence a cultivation of the art of yoga including movement, music, sound, visual arts and poetry to deepen the flow a way to ride the waves of breath, change and life rhythms living, loving, serving life in all forms.
Carolina Bolinger | Instructor
Carolina is an International Yoga instructor. She is a true, born and raised Brazilian.
For years she worked as an executive for one of the biggest companies in the world, but this brought with it a very unhealthy and stressful lifestyle. She started taking Yoga classes to bring balance and health back to her life and she quickly fell in love with it, so much so, that in 2002 she joined a Yoga Teacher Training course in Brazil, quit her job as an executive and started teaching yoga full time.
In 2006 she moved to Australia and taught Yoga all over the country for 3 years. There she learned English and received her Fitness and Personal Trainer Certification.
Always in search of a new journey, Carolina moved to England to join Royal Caribbean as their Fitness Director and Yoga instructor where she also received her nutrition, weight loss and detox education. After teaching onboard cruise ships all over the world and meeting so many different people, Carolina decided to create roots and build a family, she moved to Austin Texas in 2011 where she lives with her husband Josh and daughter Suria.

Cony Cameron | Instructor
Born and raised in Santiago, Chile, Cony moved to Texas in 2009. Soon after, she started to explore yoga on her own until she found Veronica's class. She began to search for different styles of yoga, from Ashtanga to Iyengar, to deepen her love for the practice. Along the way she found even more peace with her practice.
Yoga helped Cony to connect with her new surroundings and she soon started to feel the need to expand the knowledge not only in asana (poses) but also with the spiritual side of yoga. She felt the need to share this practice with her community and decided to do her 200 hour teacher training with Giaconda Parker.
She now seeks to improve and learn as much as possible and most important to spread love and acceptance to her students, to show that with time all our goals can be accomplished.

Kalena Powell | Instructor
Kalena started practicing yoga in her early twenties. She is trained at the 200hr level and has been teaching since 2005.
She is a mother and wife which are her biggest honors and the most rewarding and valuable roles in her life. She also works FT at the Georgetown Public Library as the Community Outreach Assistant.
Kalena enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, studying, art and experiencing new and different cultures.
Melanie Humphrey | Instructor
Melanie is a certified yoga instructor, active runner and a P.E. instructor for grades K-5th. She is a wife and mother of 2 kids. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2014, at Flow Yoga with Kat McCool and Erinn Lewis, and began sharing her love and passion for yoga.
After being an avid marathoner for many years, Melanie dedicated her training to yoga while recovering from a running injury. Yoga helped her feel strong and confident. She found that yoga helped her core strength, posture, flexibility and alignment not only in yoga but in running once she had recovered from her running injury. Her love for running was fueled by her passion and dedication to her yoga practice as she noticed the physical benefits and the spiritual awareness.
“I never imaged I would find myself while feeling so lost without my running, I am grateful I allowed myself this exploration of mind and body.”
Melanie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Melanie knows the benefits of having a yoga practice.
“We spend most of our day hunched over computers and our phones. Yoga will help to counteract and balance those positions we put ourselves in, day in and day out. Whether you're a bona fide yogi or can barely touch your toes, yoga will have you on your way to a greater sense of wellbeing.”
Melanie will be offering a sequence of yoga postures that will help untangle your body and your mind. Allowing you to be productive, less stressed, and feeling more energized, whether this is your first exposure to yoga or you are an experienced practitioner.
Suzette Baldazo | Instructor
Suzette began practicing yoga several years and a couple of states ago. She received her 200 hour teaching certificate as part of the first Yoga Teacher Training class offered by Flow Yoga in 2014.
When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, Suzette spends her time volunteering in the community and micro managing her husband and three children.
Regular yoga practice provides not only improvement in mobility and flexibility, but a connection between body, mind and soul.
Sydney List | Instructor
When Sydney Ring began practicing yoga she immediately fell in love with the practice on and off the mat. In 2015 she completed her first teacher training at Wanderlust Yoga in Austin, Texas. She is certified in Pre-natal Yoga, and has undergone a mentorship with her teacher, Gioconda Parker on the art of hands on assists and adjustments.
Her style of teaching combines a classical hatha yoga attention to detailed alignment, and a playful and lighthearted style of flow designed to cultivate better awareness of the connection of body and soul.
She believes that yoga can truly cure the most frail body, warm the loneliest heart, and cultivate strength in anyone willing to put in the time. Yoga requires dedication and discipline, but above all LOVE. Sydney is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and warm hugs with all that cross her path.
Brittany Stadler | Instructor
When Brittany went to her first yoga class circa 2006, she was actually not a fan of the practice at all. Growing up as a competitive swimmer, she first proclaimed yoga to be too slow for her, and she was rather skeptical about the mind-body aspect. If it wasn’t fast-paced and competitive, she was pretty sure she didn’t want to do it.
Luckily, two or three years later, Brittany gave yoga another try. As she began to practice more, she discovered benefits in her body that also furthered her other athletic endeavors. More importantly, the more she practiced, the more she experienced benefits in her mental state. Brittany found yoga to be a way to find peace in the midst of difficult situations, emotions, and disarray.
After several years of regular practice, Brittany made the commitment to complete 200 hour yoga instructor training. In 2013, she graduated from a training program in Denver, Colorado. Through it, she advanced her yoga practice, made lifelong friends, and committed to practicing meditation as well.
Brittany’s teaching style today is one that is very reflective of her own yoga journey and continued devotion to the practice. She focuses strongly on alignment and fundamental aspects of the poses, attention to prana, and the connection of the mind’s focus/intention with the movement of the body. Brittany believes that the more a practitioner can tune in to sensation and breath in each pose, the more they can really be “in” the pose, and thereby benefit from it. One of Brittany’s favorite things about teaching is what she learns from her students — the journey of yoga and connection to others never ceases to amaze her.
Along with teaching yoga to adults and children in the Austin area, Brittany is a swim lesson instructor and an artist.
